Community Resources

Clayton County Neighborhood Stablization Program
Our goal for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program is to acquire, rehabilitate and resell 83 foreclosed houses in Clayton County over the next 10 months. This is a great opportunity for purchasing a rehabilitated house below market value and you do not have to be a first time homebuyer.

Clayton County Foreclosure Resource Center
The Clayton County Foreclosure Resource Center (CCFRC) is a partnership among several non-profit organizations in Clayton County, whose mission is to reverse the trend of the increasing number of foreclosures in our community.
